Beyond Behavior California Regional Scheduler – Northern & Southern California Regions Location: Fresno & Manteca Regions Position Type: Virtual | Full-Time Pay Range: $20–$28 per hour About the Role At Beyond Behavior California, our Regional Schedulers play a vital role in helping children and families receive consistent in-home ABA services across California. We are looking for an organized, fast-paced, people-oriented team member to support scheduling operations for both our Northern and Southern California regions. What Does a Regional Scheduler Do? • Coordinating schedules for in-home ABA sessions • Matching staff availability with client needs • Managing schedule changes, call-outs, and coverage needs • Communicating with families and clinical teams regarding scheduling updates • Supporting new client starts and staff assignments • Monitoring travel radius and geographic placement of staff • Collaborating with leadership, recruiting, and clinical departments • Maintaining accurate scheduling records and communication logs • Assisting with full-time caseload development for BTs/RBTs • Helping ensure continuity of care for clients and families Qualifications • Strong communication and organizational skills • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Experience with scheduling, healthcare coordination, ABA, or staffing preferred • Professional and compassionate communication style • Comfortable working independently in a virtual environment • Experience with Google Workspace and scheduling systems preferred Why Join Beyond Behavior California? • Flexible virtual work environment • Supportive and collaborative team culture • Opportunity to make a direct impact on children and families • Growth opportunities within the company • Meaningful work in the ABA field Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour Benefits: • Dental insurance • Flexible schedule • Health insurance • Paid time off • Professional development assistance • Referral program • Vision insurance Experience: • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) • Spanish: 1 year (Preferred) • Applied behavior analysis: 1 year (Required) Work Location: Remote
