Job Description:
• Lead end-to-end fundraising strategy and execution for a large, complex direct mail program
• Collaborate closely with writers, designers, analysts, and program managers to develop compelling, high-performing campaigns across channels
• Serve as a strategic partner to your clients by monitoring performance, managing budgets, and recommending thoughtful adjustments to maximize results
• Mentor and support your team, contribute to business development efforts, and help ensure that our work consistently meets the highest standards of quality and impact
Requirements:
• at least five (5) years of direct response fundraising experience, ideally within a nonprofit or agency environment
• Proven experience leading a large, complex direct mail program
• Strong client management skills
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, and campaign performance
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and guide cross-functional teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Experience mentoring or managing team members
• A strategic mindset with the ability to balance big-picture thinking and executional detail
