Account Executive - Gaming

We are looking for a high-performing Account Executive to drive new business and revenue growth. This role is focused on owning the full sales cycle — from identifying opportunities to closing deals — while building strong relationships with customers and acting as a trusted advisor. You’ll work closely with marketing, product, and creative teams to deliver tailored solutions that align with client goals and maximize impact. Responsibilities • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, discovery, demo, negotiation, and closing • Identify and engage potential clients across relevant industries, with a focus on gaming / digital products • Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets • Lead discovery conversations to deeply understand customer needs, challenges, and goals • Present tailored solutions and clearly articulate value propositions • Manage complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and delivery teams to align on customer needs • Negotiate commercial terms and close deals efficiently • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in CRM systems • Develop long-term relationships with clients, driving expansion, upsell, and retention opportunities Requirements • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, gaming, adtech, or digital products • Proven track record of closing deals and consistently meeting or exceeding targets • Experience managing full-cycle sales processes independently • Strong consultative selling skills and ability to understand complex customer needs • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Strong ownership, drive, and results-oriented mindset Advantages • Experience selling into gaming companies or mobile app publishers • Background in LiveOps, monetization, or performance marketing solutions • Experience selling creative, content, or growth-related products • Existing network within gaming / mobile ecosystem
