Gurnick Academy is a leading Bay Area private healthcare college offering an extensive variety of Nursing, Allied healthcare, and Imaging programs.
We are currently seeking an Admissions Advisor I – Hub for Gurnick Academy.. This is an online remote position.
Job Type: Full-time
Hourly Pay Range: $28.00 – $30.00 per hour
Location: Remote (U.S. West Coast preferred)
Candidates must reside in the Pacific Time Zone (PT) or be able to work standard Pacific Time business hours.

Basic Function
The Admissions Advisor [AA] assigned to the HUB is considered both an admissions advisor and an initial assessor of student appropriateness for all Gurnick Academy programs. The AA is ultimately the primary screen for student acceptance, using a combination of tools, including interviews, initial competency test scores, experience reviews, and prior academic requirements. The AA will ultimately require knowledge of all programs at every campus and be prepared to advise prospective students on the program’s viability for the student and on ensuring the student’s stated goals align with the
career opportunities presented by the program the student is interested in. The AA assigned to the HUB will be required to move between different campus and program assignments as deemed necessary by the Assistant Director of Admissions (ADOA)
Requirements
• Admissions experience or support preferred
• Bachelors Degree Preferred
• Experience working with an applicant tracking system
• Marketing experience is preferred
• Organizational knowledge of educational institutions
