Job Description:
• Drive sales by securing commitments for recommendations from Healthcare Professionals in Outpatient offices.
• Create and maintain relationships within these offices to effectively elevate the importance of nutrition.
• Obtain commitments for recommendations, hold customers accountable, and ensure compliance.
• Execute sales initiatives designed to exceed established sales goals for Ensure® and Glucerna®.
• Work closely with District Manager and cross-functional teams to execute the sales direction.
• Identify customer needs and deliver on sales opportunities accordingly.
• Utilize Abbott Nutrition promotional materials to targeted healthcare professionals.
• Plan and organize to maximize focus on top priorities.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree required
• 2-3 years of sales experience preferred
• Experience with field, B2B, cold-calling sales
• Experience building own book of business
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus
• Strong business acumen
