The role involves working in the customer interface, handling customer inquiries, and collaborating with other parts of the organization to ensure the customer perspective permeates our work.
Requirements
- Drive business development within network flexibility
- Develop and improve the customer journey for customers who have the opportunity and willingness to be flexible
- Further develop our flexible offer based on customer needs, business, applicable regulations, and the company's strategy
- Coordinate and communicate to ensure progress and the best possible result
- Responsible for a personal customer portfolio and ensure a good and proactive customer dialogue
- Work cross-functionally and in close collaboration with other parts of the organization
- Have a sense of touch to understand both the customer's and the company's needs, and to find solutions that benefit the whole
