Job Overview
Responsibilities
- Create, update, and maintain product listings in Amazon Seller Central.
- Manage parent/child variation listings and ensure catalog accuracy.
- Perform and troubleshoot flat file uploads for bulk catalog updates.
- Open and manage Amazon support cases to resolve catalog-related issues.
- Optimize listings with correct attributes, titles, descriptions, and keywords.
- Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and monitor listing health.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central catalogs.
- Hands-on experience with flat file uploads and troubleshooting errors.
- Strong ability to manage and resolve Amazon support cases.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
