Amazon PPC Specialist | Grocery/CPG — Ongoing Retainer Budget: $300–800/mo or 10–15% of ad spend state your preferred model We’re a boutique COO and e-commerce growth agency onboarding a Cajun food brand - sauces/condiments, FBA, launch-stage, less than 15 reviews. You’ll own Sponsored Products/Brands/Display under our strategy direction: campaign architecture, launch-phase ranking strategy, weekly optimization, and a Monday metrics report - sessions, CVR, ACOS/TACOS, BSR. Must demonstrate: grocery or CPG category experience; a launch case study - new ASIN, low reviews - ranked; your philosophy on launch-phase ACOS targets. Screening question: “A new grocery ASIN with 10 reviews and a $10.99 price — describe your first 30 days of campaign structure and what ACOS you’d tolerate and why.” Requirements for all applicants: • Fluent written and spoken English • Include: 1 relevant work samples, 2 at least 1 case study with measurable results, 3 your rates - hourly & retainer options • Must be willing to sign an NDA and work white-label — deliverables are presented under my agency brand; you may not contact my clients directly or claim the work publicly without written permission • State your timezone and weekly availability; minimum 2 hours overlap with US Central time • All payments through the platform — do not propose off-platform payment • Finalists complete a small paid test task before any retainer • Start your proposal with the word HOWDY so I know you read this Thank you for your time.
