Sponsor a Purpose / Sponsor a Pet helps nonprofits and mission-driven organizations grow online through SEO, full-service website builds, and high-impact PPC campaigns. We’re hiring an Appointment Setter / SDR to reach out to qualified organizations, start conversations, and book meetings for our consulting team.
This role is remote, performance-based, and designed for someone who is consistent, confident speaking with decision-makers, and knows how to push outreach forward daily.
What You’ll Do
Identify and contact nonprofits and mission-driven organizations (phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.)
Run first-touch outreach, follow-up, and light qualification
Book qualified appointments for our consulting team
Track activity and lead status in HubSpot
Improve messaging and outreach scripts over time with our team
What “Qualified” Means (Read This Carefully)
A meeting is considered qualified if the prospect:
Attends the scheduled call
Is a legitimate organization or business decision-maker
Has an active need in at least one area: SEO, website rebuild, PPC, or digital growth
Has a realistic budget or ability to invest (or a clear pathway to funding)
Is open to next steps after the discovery call
Pay Structure (Flat Rate + Bonus)
This is a remote contractor role with consistent pay + upside.
You will earn:
Flat monthly pay: based on hours + experience
Bonus per qualified attended meeting
Additional performance bonus opportunities based on show rate + consistency
Details are shared during the interview, but this role is built for someone who wants predictable base income plus commission upside.
What We’re Looking For
Strong English communication (written + verbal)
Comfortable with outbound outreach and follow-up
Able to handle rejection without losing momentum
Organized, reliable, and able to work independently
Experience as an appointment setter/SDR is a plus (not required if you’re coachable and driven)
Offshore applicants are welcome. Philippines and LATAM are preferred.

Scripts, training, and qualification guidelines provided
Lead support available depending on experience
Fast onboarding and clear performance targets

Remote role
Hours are flexible, but some overlap with U.S. business hours is preferred
