Position Overview

We’re looking for an AR Collections Specialist who does more than manage receivables — someone who owns their portfolio, builds relationships with attorneys and firm leadership, and knows how to move money while protecting what matters most: trust.

In this role, you will carry primary responsibility for collections across an assigned portfolio of billing attorneys and their clients. You’ll be the point person for resolving outstanding balances, navigating difficult conversations with composure, and escalating issues with context and a clear recommendation.
