Job Description:
• Prepare and revise drafting documents for architectural and construction projects
• Create accurate 3D models and visualizations using industry-standard software
• Develop detailed technical drawings and construction documentation in accordance with project requirements and applicable standards
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely completion of design deliverables
• Review and update drawings and models based on project changes, feedback, and design revisions
• Maintain organized project files and documentation throughout all phases of the project
• Assist with zoning and code compliance requirements as needed
• Perform other duties related to the position as assigned
Requirements:
• Proficient level of English (written and spoken)
• Excellent communication skills and professional commitment
• 3–5 years of experience in drafting and 3D modeling
• Knowledge of zoning codes and regulations; experience with U.S.-based codes is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of various construction types, including concrete, steel, light-gauge, and wood structures
• Proficiency in Revit (required and considered the most important software for this role)
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (required)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Experience with Lumion
• Strong work ethic, and a high level of responsibility, reliability, and accountability
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to quickly learn new systems, software, and workflows
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and standard business tools (email, spreadsheets, document management)
• Out-of-the-box thinker, highly adaptable, reliable, self-motivated, and attention to details
• Positive attitude and the ability to learn and adapt quickly
• Ability to understand and follow established processes accurately with minimal supervision
• Ability to work U.S. Eastern Time (New York) business hours and adapt to business needs
