You will provide technical support for core cloud infrastructure, including compute, networking, and storage products.
Responsibilities
• Respond to a high volume of technical customer tickets in a timely manner.
• Support products such as Droplets, Load Balancers, DNS, and Block and Object Storage.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to advocate for customer needs.
• Identify, communicate, and document improvements to processes and policies.
• Troubleshoot web hosting errors and network connectivity issues.
Required Skills
• 3+ years of experience in technical support or related roles.
• Proficiency with Linux fundamentals and command-line troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, and TLS protocols.
• Understanding of the OSI model, public/private IPs, and networking tools like curl, traceroute, and dig.
• Experience with web hosting environments, including cPanel, WordPress, and node.js.
• Basic understanding of Cloud APIs, scripting, Docker, and containerization.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for customer interaction.
• Knowledge of Cloud computing, DNS, and web hosting troubleshooting.
Preferred Skills
• Linux certifications.
