We provide credentialing, scheduling, and administrative support so clinicians can focus on patient care and professional growth. Position Overview We are actively hiring Associate Therapists in Tennessee for fully remote opportunities under a 1099 model. This role is ideal for clinicians working toward full licensure who are seeking flexibility, supervision support, and consistent patient flow. Compensation Models1. Pay-Per-Visit ModelAssociate Therapists • Intake / Psychotherapy Evaluation (60 min): $50 • Established Patient Psychotherapy (40 min): $40 • Established Patient Psychotherapy (20 min): $30 • Family/Couples Therapy (60 min): $50 2.
