Position Overview
We are seeking a high-performing B2B Business Development Representative to drive strategic growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities.
This is a 1099 commission-only role with uncapped residual income earning potential, designed for experienced sales professionals and entrepreneurial self-starters.

Responsibilities
Prospect and generate new business through cold outreach, networking, and provide leads
Conduct discovery calls and present tailored solutions
Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers
Manage pipeline using Clarity.ai CRM
Track activities and performance metrics
Close deals and meet or exceed sales targets
Follow up and nurture leads consistently
Use ClickUp for task and pipeline management
Qualifications
2–5 years of sales experience (B2B preferred)
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Ability to handle objections and close deals
Tech, web, or app development sales experience is a plus
Self-driven and highly motivated
Comfortable working independently
CRM experience preferred
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong earning drive
Compensation & Earning Potential
Commission-Based | Uncapped Earnings
$5,000–$25,000+ per month typical earnings
