Work with individuals and families who have requested information about available benefit programs
Help clients understand options designed to provide long-term protection and peace of mind
Provide support through phone, video calls, and online communication
Receive full training and ongoing mentorship
No previous insurance experience is required
Build a career in a remote, team-oriented environment
Daily Responsibilities
Make inbound and outbound calls
Schedule appointments with interested clients
Conduct virtual benefit presentations
Explain available options clearly and professionally
Answer client questions and provide helpful guidance
Complete applications and required paperwork
Maintain accurate client records and follow-ups
Participate in training, coaching, and leadership development
Support quality control and client satisfaction
