$17 - 18/hour + overtime | 365 days, 24/7 operation
We’re recruiting on behalf of an IT implementation company’s new Call Center forFLUENT
Spanish/English Customer ServiceTechnical Support Representatives. This is afully remote
role supporting a 365-day, 24/7 call center.
Recent Computer Science, IT, or related grads are strongly encouraged to apply.
What You’ll Do
- Provide excellent customer service via phone and chat in Spanish and English
- Greet customers, verify accounts, listen carefully, and show empathy
- Troubleshoot internet, Wi-Fi, and basic device issues (Level 1–2 support)
- Use tools such as Freshdesk, Sonar CRM and other internal systems
- Document all interactions accurately and follow procedures/SLAs
- Escalate complex issues to senior technicians when needed
What You Bring
- Fluent Spanish English (spoken and written)
- 1+ year of customer service experience (call center/help desk preferred)
- Comfortable with basic technical troubleshooting (internet/Wi-Fi/devices)
- Strong typing and multitasking skills (navigate multiple systems while assistingcustomers)
- Professional, patient, and calm with upset or frustrated customers
- Willing to work overnights, weekends, and rotating schedules in a 24/7 environment
- Must live in NY State or Florida (prefer close to Plainview, NY or Ocala, FL area)
- Reliable wired internet and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
Pay & Schedule
- Pay: $17–18 per hour, depending on experience
- Overtime available
- Paid training
- This is a 24/7/365 operation, including weekends and holidays
Schedule Available:
- Thurs. – Mon. – 3 pm – 12 am, with Tues. and Mon. off (days off may vary – you willbe notified in advance whenever possible)
- Candidates must have the flexibility and ability to work any shift as needed
- Shift preferences and availability will be discussed during the interview process
- Two 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute meal break per shift (per company schedule)
