Position Overview – Claims Support Specialist (Bilingual)

The Claims Support Specialist role is a pivotal front‑line position that blends customer service excellence with meticulous claims adjudication. You will be the trusted voice for agents, dealers, and policyholders, guiding them through the claims process, providing status updates, and ensuring every interaction reflects careerzynith’s commitment to quality and care.

This full‑time, onsite position operates on an 11 a.m. – 8 p.m. shift (non‑exempt) and begins on June 2, 2025. You will work closely with supervisors, team leads, and quality assurance partners to meet performance metrics while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and professionalism.
