Experior Financial Group Inc. is seeking a talented Bilingual Editor (English/Spanish) who can craft compelling content that resonates with our agents as we aim for an ambitious 10x growth. As part of our Brand & Creative team, you'll play a leadership role in maintaining high-quality, authentic content that aligns with our brand voice and supports our mission to educate and empower families. What You Will Do • Content Quality & Brand Voice: Write, edit, and refine all content to reflect Experior's distinctive voice. Transform drafts into polished pieces that feel natural and authentic for both agents and customers. • Editorial Workflow Management: Streamline editing processes, reduce delays, and establish clear workflows to ensure quality control at every stage. • SEO Collaboration: Work with the SEO team to optimize content for search performance without compromising clarity or brand integrity. • Translation Team Leadership: Manage our translation team to ensure consistency across English, Spanish, and French content, catering to both agent and customer audiences. • Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with social media and email marketing teams to adapt and customize content for different channels, maintaining brand consistency. • Fact-Checking Coordination: Collaborate with technical experts to verify accuracy in content related to financial products, insurance, and business practices. • Dual-Audience Content Strategy: Understand what motivates agents to help them recruit and sell effectively, while also educating customers on financial decisions that improve their quality of life. Qualifications & Skills • Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken): required. • 5+ years of editorial experience: proven ability to write, edit, and elevate content quality. • 2+ years of management experience: demonstrated leadership and team development skills. • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field: preferred; equivalent work experience considered. • Experience reviewing content for compliance, especially within regulated industries, is a plus. • Background in financial services or insurance content is beneficial. • Strong writing and editing skills with attention to brand voice and authentic tone. • Experience managing multilingual content or translation projects. • Process-oriented with a track record of improving workflows and managing projects effectively. • Authorized to work in the USA and residing locally.
