Job Title: Bilingual HR Manager (Spanish/English) – Remote (Texas-Based)
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Bilingual HR Manager (Spanish/English) to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position; however, candidates must be based in Texas. This role will oversee day-to-day HR operations, support a diverse workforce, and serve as a key partner to leadership in driving employee engagement, compliance, and organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle HR functions including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding
• Serve as a primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries, supporting both English and Spanish-speaking employees
• Ensure compliance with federal, state (Texas), and local employment laws and regulations
• Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
HRIS & Data Management:
• Manage and maintain the company’s HRIS, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality across all employee records
• Oversee employee data entry, updates, audits, and reporting within systems such as Paychex or similar platforms
• Generate and analyze HR metrics (headcount, turnover, performance trends) to support leadership decision-making
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes through automation, system enhancements, and operational efficiencies
• Act as the internal subject matter expert for HR systems, including troubleshooting and user support
Payroll Administration:
• Oversee and/or support end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for all employees
• Coordinate with payroll providers to manage wages, bonuses, deductions, and timekeeping data
• Ensure compliance with federal and Texas payroll regulations, including employee classification, overtime, and tax requirements
• Review payroll reports, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues proactively
• Partner with finance and leadership on compensation tracking, reporting, and workforce planning
Employee Relations:
• Serve as a trusted advisor to both employees and leadership on employee relations matters
• Handle employee concerns, complaints, and conflict resolution in a fair, consistent, and timely manner
• Conduct internal investigations and provide recommendations based on findings
• Coach managers on performance management, disciplinary actions, and effective communication strategies
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment across a diverse, bilingual workforce
• Drive initiatives focused on employee engagement, retention, and overall workplace culture
• Ensure consistent application of company policies and procedures across all levels of the organization
Additional Responsibilities:
• Oversee onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and professional new hire experience
• Maintain and manage HR documentation and compliance records
• Assist with benefits administration and employee communications
• Support recruiting efforts as needed, including interview coordination and hiring processes
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role
• Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law, particularly in Texas
• Experience working with blue-collar and/or field-based employees is a plus
• Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Paychex or similar systems) preferred
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
