• Draft and maintain business requirements document and translating them into technical specifications, including data integration, data dictionaries and user story creation.
• Data mapping for inbound/outbound files, testing and document findings.
• Review the technical analysis and documentation of both legacy and new system to easily identify unnecessary redundancies in the process flow as project evolves.
• Design regression and functional test plans for new system and defect resolution.
• Qualitative testing metrics reporting and analysis.
• Create draft operating procedures based on known future state and operating model.
• Design data visualization dashboards for senior leadership, business SME, and stakeholders.
• Assist with and manage the remediation of data in legacy system prior to conversion to new system.
• Carry out quantitative cost analysis and contribute to formulation of a business case for elements of the overall solution.
• Build relationships with stakeholders, including business owners, project managers, and IT professionals, to ensure that project goals are aligned, and communication is effective.
