Job Description:
• Work directly with stakeholders to define, document, and drive business requirements for technology and process changes
• Own business requirements analysis and definition/documentation
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration
• Manage requirements through the product lifecycle, including UAT testing support
• Apply knowledge of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques to ensure solutions meet business needs
Requirements:
• 4+ years business systems analysis experience
• Bachelor's degree in related area or an equivalent combination of education and experience or BSA Certification
• Knowledge of insurance business (e.g., Personal Lines, Commercial Auto and Claims, Operations)
• Proficient knowledge and experience using diagramming techniques tools (e.g., UML, Visio, Lucidchart, draw.io, iGrafx, Miro Guidewire, Pricing tools)
• Detailed technical knowledge of a group of interrelated systems and their business functions insurance systems and pricing algorithms
• Ability to develop an understanding of data relationships among various systems within assigned functional area
