Position Overview
We are looking for a CAD / SketchUp Designer to support our team with drafting, modeling, and technical design work.
This role is primarily execution-focused. You will be responsible for translating design direction into accurate drawings and models while maintaining organization and efficiency across projects.
Responsibilities
• Create and update CAD drawings (floor plans, elevations, construction details)
• Build and maintain SketchUp models
• Execute redlines and revisions based on design direction
• Assist with basic renderings and presentation visuals as needed
• Maintain organized and accurate project files
• Support the team with drafting and technical documentation
Requirements
• Minimum 2+ years experience with AutoCAD and SketchUp
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow direction and execute efficiently
• Basic understanding of interior design concepts and layouts
• Ability to manage time and meet deadlines independently
• Located in or willing to work in St. George, UT
• Experience in interior design or residential projects
• Experience reading construction documents
Nice to Have (Not Required)
• Familiarity with rendering tools (Enscape, V-Ray, etc.)
• Experience in Revit

Schedule & Work Environment
• 25–35 hours per week
• Hybrid: in-office collaboration required, with flexibility to work from home as needed
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
