Job description: $30 per hourWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Remote Call Center Agent to join our growing team at Strata Information Technology. As a Remote Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and technical support.Key Responsibilities:- Handle incoming calls and emails from customers, providing efficient and professional service by addressing their inquiries, concerns, and technical issues- Accurately log customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our CRM system- Identify and escalate complex issues and provide follow-up communication to ensure timely resolution- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience and provide feedback to the team- Continuously stay updated on Strata Information Technology's products and services to effectively assist customers- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including data privacy and security guidelinesRequirements:- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree is a plus- Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or technical support role- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with a strong ability to empathize and build rapport- Proficient in using computer systems and able to navigate multiple applications simultaneously- Familiarity with CRM systems and call center software is a plus- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and eveningsWhy Work with Us?At Strata Information Technology, we value our employees and strive to create a positive and inclusive work environment.
