Job Summary Your Impact The CareConnect Coordinator is a critical operational role within the WellBe urgent care program, functioning as the primary "air traffic controller" for field logistics. Serving as the central hub for dispatch communications, this position is responsible for triaging incoming requests and strategically scheduling in-home visits for CareConnect RNs across a multi-state region. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional logistical reasoning, geographic proficiency, and the technical aptitude to seamlessly navigate multiple scheduling systems, ensuring optimal deployment of clinical resources. This 100% remote position demands high-level situational awareness, decisive problem-solving abilities, and unparalleled communication skills to effectively manage simultaneous, time-sensitive dispatch requests in a fast-paced clinical environment.   Job Description Compensation: $17-$30 per hour What to Expect Practices the WellBe mission: To help our patients lead healthier, meaningful lives by delivering the most Complete Care™.   Acts as the central "air traffic controller" and communication hub for all urgent care dispatch requests within a designated multi-state region.   Monitors, manages, and prioritizes multiple simultaneous dispatch requests efficiently to meet patient care needs based on urgency.   Utilizes geographic knowledge and mapping tools to maintain real-time awareness of Urgent Care Clinician locations, optimizing travel routes and ensuring accurate, timely dispatching.   Schedules and coordinates urgent in-home visits, actively adjusting schedules on the fly to accommodate shifting priorities and emerging needs.   Maintains continuous, clear, and effective communication with multiple Urgent Care Clinicians in the field, as well as triage providers and clinical leadership.   Navigates seamlessly across multiple software platforms simultaneously, including Electronic Health Records (EHR), dispatch/scheduling software, and communication tools.   Prioritizes urgent patient needs and appropriately escalates logistical or clinical concerns to the CareConnect Director.   Provides positive customer service and treats all internal and external customers with respect.   Other tasks needed to accomplish the team’s objectives/goals.       Job Requirements What you bring    Educational/Experience Requirements:   Bachelor's degree preferred.   High school graduate or GED required.   2+ years of experience working for a healthcare practice or hospital preferred.     Required Skills and Abilities:   Very strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills required.   Prior experience navigating multiple systems and complex scheduling platforms is highly preferred.   Previous experience in medical dispatch, logistics, or high-volume care coordination is strongly preferred.   Strong geographic understanding and spatial reasoning skills to effectively route clinicians across multiple states.   High level of professionalism and strong critical thinking skills.   Ability to remain calm, focused, and organized in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.   Demonstrated role proficiency with Microsoft 365 software suite, Microsoft Teams, Electronic Health Records, Scheduling Software and Ring Central applications.   Role model in courageous teamwork, integrity, ethics, and productivity.     Supervisory Responsibility: This position will not have supervisory responsibility.    Travel requirements: 100% remote role with no travel requirements.    Work Conditions: Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods.
