Position: Case Manager Assistant for U.S.-Based Law Firm
Location: Remote
Schedule: Full-time (Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week)
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Los Angeles time (PST)
Salary: Starting at $1,000/month + yearly performance-based bonuses
About the Role For our partner company Avexgen, we are seeking a Case Manager Assistant to support a growing U.S.-based personal injury law firm. This role is ideal for highly organized, detail-oriented professionals who are comfortable handling administrative tasks and client communication in a fast-paced legal environment.
The ideal candidate must be fluent in
Armenian, English and Spanish
, as the role involves communicating with a diverse client base.
You will work closely with case managers and attorneys to ensure cases move forward efficiently and all documentation is properly maintained.
Key Responsibilities
• Send correspondence to clients, insurance companies, and defendants
• Request investigative reports such as Traffic Collision Reports (TCRs) and incident logs
• Request and track medical and billing records from healthcare providers
• Maintain organized digital client files and documentation
• Assist the Case Manager with day-to-day case management tasks
• Contact insurance companies to verify policy coverage and obtain claim information
• Prepare DMV forms and related documentation
• Assist with opening health insurance claims when necessary
• Upload and save relevant documents into the firm’s CRM/case management system
• Ensure all records and communications are accurately documented
Requirements
• Fluency in Armenian, English
and Spanish (required)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong follow-through
• Ability to manage deadlines and track multiple case tasks
• Comfortable handling confidential legal and medical information
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to work with CRM systems
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a legal team
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in a personal injury law firm or legal administrative role
• Experience requesting medical records or insurance documentation
• Familiarity with legal case management systems
