We are currently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our healthcare team. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care and supporting the healthcare team in delivering high-quality care. Responsibilities
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
• Take and record vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, and pulse.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Observe patients' physical and mental conditions, and report any changes to the nursing staff.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding when necessary.
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
• Maintain a clean and organized patient environment.
• Follow infection control protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Prior experience as a CNA or in a similar healthcare role is preferred.
• Knowledge of basic patient care principles and procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Empathy and compassion towards patients.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift and move patients.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic computer skills for documentation purposes.
