As a Client Engagement Travel Advisor, you'll serve as a trusted resource for travelers by providing personalized guidance, coordinating travel details, and supporting clients throughout the planning process.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy relationship-building, communication, and creating positive customer experiences while working independently in a flexible remote setting.
What You'll Be Doing
Engage with clients to understand their travel interests, preferences, and vacation goals
Provide personalized recommendations for destinations, accommodations, cruises, tours, and activities
Assist with vacation planning, booking coordination, and itinerary preparation
Share travel information, confirmations, schedules, and important trip updates
Support travelers with special requests, itinerary modifications, and travel-related questions
Research travel options and present solutions that align with client needs and budgets
Review reservations and travel arrangements for accuracy and completeness
Maintain detailed client profiles and communication records within company systems
Utilize approved travel resources and supplier tools to support planning activities
Participate in ongoing training, destination education, and skill-development programs
