Zoho Management: Configure, customize, and maintain Zoho applications, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with Zoho support teams as needed.
SOP Creation: Develop and update detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training manuals to streamline processes.
Client Management: Serve as the primary IT point of contact for the team, resolving issues, and ensuring a 5-star customer experience.
IT Support: Handle various IT tasks beyond Zoho, including general troubleshooting and system performance monitoring.
Data Management: Maintain accurate data and documentation for IT and administrative tasks.
Customer Feedback: Conduct post-service surveys and follow up for client reviews and testimonials.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
Strong expertise with Zoho applications.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to create and maintain documentation and knowledge bases.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
