This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for seasoned clinical research professionals who know how to keep complex studies on track. What You'll Do
• Manage clinical trial timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure studies stay on track and meet quality standards
• Oversee study budgets, forecasting, and financial tracking across multiple vendors and research partners
• Coordinate with CROs, investigative sites, and internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day study operations
• Identify risks early, resolve operational issues, and keep stakeholders aligned throughout the full trial lifecycle
• Apply your clinical expertise to evaluate and inform AI systems being trained on healthcare and research data
Who You Are
• Experienced clinical trial project manager with a strong track record across budgets, timelines, and multi-vendor coordination
• Confident managing CROs or external research partners and holding them accountable to deliverables
• Skilled at juggling multiple workstreams simultaneously without losing sight of quality or compliance
• A clear communicator who can keep complex stakeholder groups aligned and informed
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote, asynchronous environment
Nice to Have
• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation workflows
• Familiarity with AI tools or platforms used in healthcare or clinical research settings
• Background in regulatory affairs, clinical data management, or trial monitoring
