Role Overview

The Communications department will consist of a Communications Director and four Communications Managers, who work as one integrated team. The team creates a balanced communications capability covering internal engagement, leadership communication, culture and change, external reputation, media relations, corporate storytelling and commercial communication.

What You Will Do

Develop and execute communication strategies and plans for programs, projects, initiatives and campaigns, coach leaders, managers and functional teams on change communications, build processes, tools, best practices and guidelines for effective internal communication.

You have several years of experience in corporate communications, with strong knowledge of internal communication, leadership communication and change communication in a global organization. You're confident in navigating both internal and external communications, and you understand how the two connect in shaping trust, reputation and engagement.
