Position Summary
The Consultant positionanticipates, develops andimplements innovative solutions for our customers’ training challenges.Thescope ofworkincludesthefullrangeofADDIE/SystematicApproachtoTraining activities,with aheavyemphasisonanalysis,designanddevelopmentwork.TheConsultantalso workstoachieve proficiency inourproprietarytrainingmanagementsoftwares,Qlarity and VISION, andusesourapplications to deliver products and services to our clients.
Position Duties & Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Collaboratingvirtuallywith ateamtocompleteprojecttasks,assuringqualityofdeliverables,and tracking time
- Workingindependentlywhileunderstandingthenecessityofcommunicatingandcoordinatingwork efforts with team members
- Collaboratingwithclientsubjectmatterexpertstocollectdataforjobanalysis,trainingneeds,performance requirements, operating procedures, technical systems, processes, and other related information
- Organizingdataandentryintoourflagshipsoftwareprograms,Qlarity and VISION, including proactively identifying and recommending best data set up solutions for clients
- ProvidingqualitydataentrysupporttotheProfessional Services team
- Abilitytoworkvirtuallyfromahomeofficeorotherprofessionalenvironmentfreefromauditoryor visual distractions; location may be anywhere within the continental United States
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Abachelor’sdegreeinIndustrial Psychology,OrganizationalBehavior, Nuclear Technology, Engineering,Instructional Design, Technical Writing, or related fields. A master’s degree is preferred
- Threetosevenyearsofexperienceintraininganalysis,design,and/ordevelopmentwork,including experience with designing training courses and/or programs to meet client needs; experience with technical writing or procedure writing a plus.
- Understanding of nuclear principles, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements in nuclear environments set by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) desired.
- Develop training materials including lesson plans, on-the-job training guides, tests, performance assessments,etc. that are consistentwiththeprinciplesofadultlearningtheoryandinstructionaldesign theory.
- LeverageeLearningtoolsandtechnologies(e.g.,Articulate,Captivate)todevelopandenhancetraining materials.
- An abilitytoanalyzeandlogicallyorganizecomplextechnicalinformation,andtransformcomplexbodies of information into professionally designed, engaging and effective training.
- Abilitytoworkwellinateamenvironmentorindividuallyon projects.
- Collaborative mindset with a focus on teamwork and communication.

- Abilitytoeffectivelyapplyanalyticalandcritical thinking skills.

- This is a full-time position, salary range $70k-$80k, based on experience
