Contract Membership Specialist (contract)

Job Title: Contract Membership Specialist Hourly Pay: $34.78 Work Schedule: M-F 8:00am-5:00pm EST Location: Morristown, NJ -100% Remote Contract Length: 12 month possibility of extension Job Summary: Sanofi’s contingent workforce program, FLEXT Direct, is seeking a highly analytical Contract Membership Specialist (CMS) to support membership operations, contract data management, and pricing-related processes for large organized customers (LOC). This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, investigating discrepancies across systems, and working with large datasets in a fast-paced environment. The manager is seeking a candidate who is naturally inquisitive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new systems and processes. Key Responsibilities: • Manage customer membership eligibility and affiliations for direct and indirect accounts • Process and maintain master data requests within SAP iShift and Model N Revenue Manager • Research and resolve membership discrepancies across multiple systems and databases • Analyze contract and pricing-related data to ensure accuracy and compliance • Utilize reporting tools including Excel, MicroStrategy, Revenue Manager, SAP, and related systems • Investigate data inconsistencies and perform root-cause analysis across systems • Support internal stakeholders with membership inquiries, reporting, and documentation • Maintain audit-ready documentation and ensure compliance with SOPs and internal controls • Participate in team meetings, process improvement initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree required • Experience working with multiple large data management systems required • Experience in contracts, pricing operations, membership operations, analytics, or related functions preferred • Advanced Excel skills required (VLOOKUPs, formulas, data analysis functions) • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • High attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to independently investigate and resolve issues across multiple systems • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities • Experience with Model N Revenue Manager and SAP iShift is highly preferred Additional Notes: • Manager values candidates who are proactive, curious, and driven to learn new skills • Strong writing, grammar, and communication skills are essential • Excel assessment scores are a plus
