We provide a full spectrum of services—medical evaluations, physical therapy, prescription support, and DME delivery—under one coordinated, compliant model. We are rapidly expanding and seeking licensed Physical Therapists to help us serve patients in every state. Comfortable using video conferencing and telehealth platforms Willing to travel locally for at-home visits (if applicable) Reliable internet and HIPAA-compliant environment for remote sessions Strong communication skills and empathy for injury patients Must be open to 1099 contract work; this is not a salaried position Bonus If You Have Existing home health or mobile PT practice Prior experience with PI, workers’ comp, or auto injury patients Multiple state licenses Spanish-speaking abilities Apply Now We’re onboarding providers now and anticipate significant patient volume in Q4 and Q1.
