We are dedicated to assisting injury clients throughout Arizona and nationwide. As we expand our legal team, we are seeking a Corporate Attorney to join our team. We specialize in Personal Injury cases. This position can bee 100% remote, or could be in our Tucson office.
Responsibilities:
• Provide legal advice to Executive Team on expansion project throughout multiple other states
• Serve as the primary legal advisor for the firm, ensuring adherence to all applicable laws and regulations.
• Design and lead educational programs focused on best practices in business operations, including conflict resolution and complaint management.
• Work closely with internal teams to identify and mitigate legal risks, offering practical solutions.
• Stay informed on trends and legislative changes affecting alternative business practices and complaint management.
• Work as a personal injury attorney.
Requirements:
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and a valid license to practice law in Arizona.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an attorney with a proven track record as a Corporate Attorney, providing business legal advice.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
