We’re looking for a high-level creative strategist to help scale a fast-growing ecommerce brand currently doing ~$500K/month.
This is not a beginner role. We already have winning products and strong ad performance — now we need someone who can build a real creative system and take us to the next level.
About us:
• Ecommerce brand in the fashion space
• Primarily scaling through Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
• Strong product-market fit + proven creatives
• Transitioning from dropshipping → stocked / branded operation
What you’ll be responsible for:
• Owning the creative strategy direction across paid social
• Turning winning ads into repeatable systems + frameworks
• Building creative pipelines (UGC, hooks, angles, iterations)
• Briefing editors + creators with clear direction
• Identifying new angles, trends, and scaling opportunities
• Analyzing performance data and doubling down on winners
• Helping structure a creative team for scale
What we’re looking for:
• Proven experience scaling ecommerce brands (preferably fashion)
• Strong understanding of Meta ads + direct response creatives
• Knows how to create high-converting hooks, angles, and concepts
• Experience working with UGC creators + content teams
• Data-driven but also highly creative
• Understands how to go from random wins → structured system
Bonus if:
• You’ve scaled brands past $1M+/month
• Experience with TikTok-style creatives / UGC pipelines
• Experience building or managing a creative team
