Creative Studio Transformation Lead (Temporary 9-Month Employment Agreement)

• *Creative Studio Transformation Lead (Contract) • *About the Role Risepoint is seeking a senior • *Creative Studio Transformation Lead** to redesign and operationalize our creative organization into a high-performance, AI-enabled production engine. This is not a strategy-only or advisory role. This is a • *builder role** . You will work hands-on to simplify workflows, unify project management, and embed modern tools (DXP, CMP, DAM, AI) into a scalable operating model that supports personalized content across 100+ university partners. • *The Problem You’ll Solve** Today, our creative ecosystem is fragmented, complex, and reactive: • Disconnected project management across teams • Overly complex workflows and approvals • Underutilized CMP/DAM and inconsistent AI adoption • Lack of a unified intake, prioritization, and capacity model If left unaddressed, these issues will limit the impact of our recent technology investments. • *What You’ll Do • *1. Redesign the Operating Model • Define a simplified, scalable creative operating model • Clarify roles, ownership, and governance (RACI) • Establish a unified intake and prioritization system • *2. Rebuild Workflows & Project Management** • Optimize (or redesign) Workfront for speed and clarity • Standardize templates, workflows, and dashboards • Align workflows with DXP, CMP, and DAM • *3. Operationalize Content Systems** • Embed CMP and DAM into daily production workflows • Define taxonomy and modular content structures • Reduce duplication and increase reuse across partners • *4. Embed AI into Creative Production** • Integrate AI into copy, video, and design workflows • Define governance and usage standards • Increase speed while maintaining brand quality • *5. Install Performance Discipline** • Implement KPI dashboards (cycle time, throughput, rework) • Build a capacity model tied to growth targets • Recommend outsourcing/flex capacity strategies • *What Success Looks Like (Within 6–9 Months) • 25–40% reduction in creative cycle time • One unified intake and prioritization model • CMP/DAM fully embedded in workflows • AI integrated into day-to-day production • Simplified approvals and clear decision rights • Leadership visibility into capacity and performance • *Who You Are • Former • *Head of Creative Operations / Studio Operations** (50+ person teams) • Proven track record transforming creative orgs into scalable systems • Deep expertise in • *Workfront (or similar PM tools) • Experience implementing • *DAM and CMP platforms • Strong understanding of • *modular content systems • Hands-on experience embedding • *AI into creative workflows • Comfortable driving change in complex, legacy environments • Strategic thinker who can also execute (build workflows, templates, systems) • *Why This Role Matters** This role is critical to unlocking the value of Risepoint’s DXP and content investments, enabling scalable personalization, faster production, and improved marketing performance.
