We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Creative Traffic Coordinator to manage the daily flow of creative requests for a high-profile Beauty & Luxury account. This role ensures all tasks are properly prioritized, assigned, tracked, and delivered on time while maintaining high standards of accuracy and brand quality.
You will serve as the central coordination point between Account, Creative, and Production teams to ensure smooth day-to-day execution.
Core Scope of Work
Creative Traffic & Resource Management
- Manage and prioritize all incoming creative requests
- Assign tasks based on urgency, capacity, and workload balance
- Track progress and ensure proper task distribution
Daily Workflow & Coordination
- Oversee daily creative operations and task flow
- Support stand-ups and align team priorities
- Escalate delays, risks, or capacity issues when needed
Quality Control & Brand Alignment
- Review outputs before submission
- Ensure alignment with briefs, brand guidelines, and specs
- Flag errors in layout, formatting, or quality standards
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate between Creative, Account, and Production teams
- Ensure briefs are clear before work begins
- Translate feedback into actionable instructions
Communication & Operations
- Provide clear updates on task status and priorities
- Maintain organized internal communication
- Support consistent workflow tracking and execution discipline
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in a related field or role
- Strong organization and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and quality control mindset
- Strong communication skills
- Familiarity with creative production workflows and agency environments is an advantage
