Role Overview – Remote Customer Advocate Phone Specialist

careerzynith is seeking a compassionate, detail‑oriented Customer Advocate Phone Specialist to join our remote workforce. In this full‑time, work‑from‑home position (Arizona residency required), you will be the voice of careerzynith, providing inbound telephone and written support to members across the state. You will research, resolve, and document inquiries related to benefits, coverage changes, eligibility, claims, provider networks, and a variety of careerzynith programs.
