Position Overview – Customer Service Consultant
The Customer Service Consultant role is the front line of careerzynith’s member experience. You will be the trusted voice that guides members through their wellness journey, educates them on available programs, and connects them with the resources they need to achieve their health goals. This is a remote, call‑center position that blends inbound and outbound communications, with occasional chat support, to ensure members feel supported, informed, and motivated.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, member‑focused service via phone and chat, embodying careerzynith’s core values in every interaction.
- Educate members about a broad portfolio of wellness programs, including preventive health initiatives, lifestyle coaching, and incentive‑driven challenges.
- Schedule appointments with nurses, health coaches, or group coaching sessions, ensuring seamless coordination and timely follow‑up.

- Assist members with portal navigation, password resets, account registration, and completion of health assessments; promote the careerzynith mobile app for on‑the‑go access.

- Adhere to performance metrics such as average contacts per day (85‑100), typing speed (≥45 WPM with 95% accuracy), and quality standards set by careerzynith.
Essential Qualifications
- High‑speed broadband internet (minimum 100 Mbps download / 25 Mbps upload) with a wired Ethernet connection; Wi‑Fi connections are not permitted for security and reliability reasons.
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service call‑center environment, handling both inbound and outbound queues.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of contacts (85‑100 per day) while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
- Proficient keyboarding skills—minimum 45 WPM with 95% accuracy—and the ability to complete an online typing assessment.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive) and familiarity with workforce management tools (preferred but not required).
