You will be the first point of contact for consumers seeking guidance on product selection, installation, warranty coverage, and troubleshooting. Position Overview

This full‑time, 100 % remote position offers a structured onboarding experience, including over 200 hours of virtual product training and a mentorship partnership with a seasoned teammate. After training, you will work 8‑hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with flexible start times to accommodate different time zones.
