Position Overview

We are expanding our careerzynith Member Operations team, the heart of our PBM business, and are actively recruiting enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives who reside within 75 miles of Orlando, FL. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic, fast‑paced environments, love solving problems, and are eager to help members navigate their pharmacy benefits—whether it’s a commercial plan, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, or a specialized client offering.
