**Job Description**
As a Customer Service - Self Storage Manager at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:
* Working independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside
* Assessing customer storage needs and making suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies
* Conducting daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability
* Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits
* Helping customers stay current with payments and making reminder and collection calls when required
* Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds/curb appeal clean and free of debris
**Physical Requirements**
* Ability to transport, lift, and move items weighing up to 35 pounds
* Ability to walk in/around facilities spending up to 50% of time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
* Ability to perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks
**Qualifications**
* Successful candidates come from a variety of customer service-centered sales environments, including retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service-based companies
* Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel between work locations and/or conducting other work-related business (mileage reimbursement available)
