**Job Summary**
As a Data Entry Specialist at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data. You'll be responsible for performing manual entry and verification of field-level data, as well as categorizing data as needed. This is a part-time remote position, requiring a commitment of 5-8 hours per day on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Compare data entered with source documents, or re-enter data in verification format on screen to detect errors
* Enter alphabetic, numeric, or symbolic data from source documents into computer following format displayed on screen and enter necessary codes
* Audit customer data for accuracy; make necessary adjustments
* Perform or assist with other duties and projects as needed
* Comply with HIPAA guidelines as outlined in the careerzynith HIPAA Security Policy
* Identify, analyze, and report data issues related to uniqueness, integrity, accuracy, and completeness of source documents
* Provide analytical governance skills to maintain successful productivity for the team
**Compliance Policy**

**Qualifications**
* Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
* Quality: Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness, look for ways to improve and promote quality. Apply feedback to performance and monitor own work to ensure quality
* Quantity: Meet productivity standards and complete work in a timely manner

**Education/Experience**
* A high school diploma or GED required
* Relevant work experiences a plus

**Physical Requirements**
* While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to communicate verbally and in the written form
