Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute the companys strategy.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Oversee and ensure compliance with accounting practices in accordance with local regulations.
- Monitor and optimize expenditures, implementing measures to improve business efficiency.
- Manage financial risks and provide actionable recommendations to mitigate them.
- Prepare and analyze management reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee budget execution and evaluate key financial performance indicators.
- Liaise with external auditors, evaluators, and regulatory authorities.
- Drive the automation and optimization of financial processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Deputy CFO, Financial Manager, or Head of Finance.
- Experience in technology companies is a significant advantage.
- Strong knowledge of local accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting; professional certifications (ACCA, CPA, CFA) are a plus.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced data analysis skills.
- Excellent command of the Russian language.
