KRA: User Acquisition - Drive Traffic

• Increase users on the community platform - truemerit
• Drive traffic on the marketing site

Competencies & Skills required

  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing in building awareness, driving demand and increasing brand engagement, while contributing to business growth

  • Prior experience of working in B2C companies (Education Preferred)

  • Understand the business needs to plan and execute scalable marketing activities

  • Experience with E-Mail, SEO/SEM, Social Media, Paid marketing

  • Highly analytical and data-centric

  • Should have demonstrated ability of being able to rally the team along in uncertain environment

  • Ability to produce quality content quickly and efficiently

  • Good skills to write social media post content & emails

  • B.E./B.Tech or deep understanding of technology is mandatory

  • Excellent communication skills in English

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead campaigns end-to-end from conception to defining objectives, execution, tracking, and reporting

  • Get users on truemerit from monthly active marketing campaigns

  • Manage email campaigns - marketing emails, nurture sequences, workflows

  • Come up with the marketing campaigns, ideas that are likely to resonate with our customer base including event-based campaigns and take ownership to execute them

  • Focus on building demand generation strategies, brand perception, and new marketing techniques

  • Own Social Media! Build a strong Social Media presence on LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram

  • Manage and grow youtube channel

  • Manage webpages pages for specific marketing campaigns

  • Generate a steady flow of leads along with the team according to the requirement

  • Continuously test and optimize new channels, audiences, bidding strategies, visual creative, and copy

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs to ensure marketing initiatives are driving profitable acquisition

  • Think strategically, analytically, and creatively about new ways to reach customers and increase the relevance

Regular reporting to management on the performance of campaigns to the stakeholders
