Job Description:
• Shape and scale GoFundMe’s Community Fundraising strategy
• Own business outcomes, organizational health, and long-term growth
• Partner with senior leadership to evolve Community Fundraising
• Develop multi-disciplinary team responsible for activation strategy
• Establish operational objectives, policies, and processes
• Measure and communicate impact, progress, and learnings to executive stakeholders
Requirements:
• 15+ years of relevant experience
• Led complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Strong foundational understanding of digital and paid media strategy
• Strong track record in ambiguous environments
• Experience managing senior ICs and/or managers
• Excellent influencing and negotiating skills
• Balance data-driven decision-making with intuition for brand health
• Excellent communication skills
