About the Role
The Director of Product leads one or more products or platforms, driving strategy, roadmap, and delivery in partnership with engineering. This role ensures product stability, operational readiness, and continuous value realization.

Responsibilities
Essential Functions
Own product strategy, roadmap, and prioritization
Drive feature discovery, refinement, and delivery readiness
Partner with engineering to ensure predictable delivery
Maintain oversight over production performance, incidents, SLAs
Participate in RCA and ensure stability improvements
Ensure clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Lead cross-functional alignment with business owners and SMEs
Communicate roadmap, risks, and progress to leadership
Manage product budget and investments at the product level
Mentor Product Managers and Senior Product Managers

Communicate clearly and effectively to person(s) receiving services and their family members, guests and other members of the health care team

Qualifications
Education/Experience/Skills
Bachelor’s degree in computer science/management information systems/engineering; or equivalent experience is REQUIRED
Minimum of 8yr years’ experience of job-related progressive Application Systems experience is REQUIRED
2+ years of tech leadership experience in managing large enterprise systems of record applications and ecosystems, especially EMRs
Strong experience building and transforming the people, processes, and technologies within an application function to product, business partnership, and agile excellence
Strong leadership experience in PoC’s, technical assessment of new technologies, and successful track of scaling immature software products
Strong product thinking and business/technology translation
Roadmapping, prioritization, benefit/value articulation
Understanding of platform architecture and system dependencies
Strong operational mindset (SLAs, incidents, root causes)
Data-driven decision-making
Excellent stakeholder management and conflict resolution

Supervises a team of employees
