The Role
We’re hiring a high-performing Sales Manager – Retail & Strategic Partnerships to lead retail expansion and develop strategic relationships that drive growth.
You’ll work directly with leadership to identify, secure, and grow partnerships across retail, wholesale, marketplaces, affiliates, strategic brands, distributors, and other high-impact channels.

You should know how to identify opportunities, build relationships with decision-makers, and turn conversations into long-term revenue-generating partnerships.
What You’ll Do
Identify, pitch, and close new retail and wholesale accounts
Build relationships with buyers, distributors, retailers, and strategic partners
Develop and execute partnership strategies that drive revenue growth
Manage existing retail and channel relationships to maximize performance
Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, promotions, and partnership terms
Create joint business plans with key partners
Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to support retail launches and promotions
Analyze channel performance and identify opportunities for expansion
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in retail sales, business development, partnerships, or account management
Proven track record of generating revenue through retail or strategic partnerships
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Experience managing multiple accounts and complex sales cycles
Ability to communicate effectively with executives, buyers, and key stakeholders
Highly organized and driven by results
Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment

Experience working with major retail accounts
Experience in CPG, wellness, beauty, health, or consumer products
Existing relationships with retail buyers or distributors
Experience launching products into new retail channels
Familiarity with Amazon, DTC, and omnichannel retail strategies
Experience scaling partnerships for high-growth consumer brands
