UNDERSTANDING THE ROLE
As the Director, Operations & Change Management, you serve as the execution and adoption engine of the Transformation office, responsible for translating firm strategy into coordinated action and ensuring the organization successfully absorbs and sustains change.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Enterprise-Wide Project Orchestration
Manage the enterprise initiative roadmap, partnering with Operations Office leadership on prioritization, sequencing, and dependency management
Act as “Air Traffic Control”, ensuring the organization is not overloaded and initiatives are intentionally paced and communicated
Build and maintain enterprise dashboards and tracking systems to provide visibility into enterprise-wide project activity
Initiative Design & Execution Leadership
Own the firm’s initiative execution infrastructure (e.g., Monday.com) as the system of record
Partner closely with executive sponsors and strategic initiative leaders to translate enterprise priorities into coordinated execution and communications plans
Lead the end-to-end execution of priority initiatives, from work plan design through implementation, including building detailed project plans, timelines, ownership structures, change management strategies, communications calendars, and accountability mechanisms
Monitor performance, track outcomes, and lead regular executive reporting and readouts
Change Management System & Adoption Discipline
Design and institutionalize a consistent change management approach across all operations initiatives
Define and track adoption metrics, ensuring success is measured by behavior change, not just delivery
Identify areas of resistance, misalignment, or change fatigue across the organization and recommend solutions
Establish feedback loops and listening mechanisms to continuously assess organizational readiness and overall efficacy of internal communications

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in business-related field (Master’s degree a plus)
Minimum of 5+ years of related experience, with a preference for previous work in change management, project management, or operations
Understanding of the nonprofit sector, fundraising, and/or professional services preferred
Experience collaborating with a diverse set of leaders and developing unifying solutions
Monday.com experience preferred

SALARY RANGE: $115,000 - $135,000
The exact salary varies within range based on years of relevant experience and education.
