Role Overview
The Director of Technical Accounting will lead Radiology Partners' technical accounting function, ensuring accurate application of U.S. GAAP across complex and judgmental areas. This role will serve as a key advisor to the AVP, Financial Reporting & Accounting, CAO, CFO, and senior leadership on accounting implications of strategic initiatives, transactions, and emerging issues.
What You Will Do
Lead accounting analysis and conclusions for complex transactions, oversee preparation and review of accounting position papers and technical memos, and provide technical accounting support to the Financial Reporting team.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Master's preferred)
- CPA required
- 8-12+ years of experience in accounting
- Big 4 public accounting experience strongly preferred
- Experience supporting financial reporting in a complex organization
- Public company/SEC experience preferred
- Multi-currency and international accounting experience preferred
- Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP
- Proven ability to research, document, and clearly communicate complex accounting issues
- Strong experience leading and developing teams with cross-functional collaboration skills
